NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 9, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-002550-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Somdeth Inthalangsy and Vyphaphone Inthalangsy is the Plaintiff and Joseph Visciano and Seabrooke Homeowners’ Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 3rd day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
