That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit C-1, Building 3353 of SECOND ADDITION TO WEST SHORE VILLAGE FIVE and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Bylaws of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5066, Page 966, as amended in O.R. Book 5159, Page 1409 and any other amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, , as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 44, Pages 23 through 37 inclusive, as amended by Plat of Second Add, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Pages 71 through 87 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, WEST SHORE VILLAGE MASTER CORPORATION, INC. v. TONI P. DEGREGORY and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
