NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 08, 2024, and entered in 19-007467-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CASCASE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST HB3 is the Plaintiff and BARRY PORTER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 04, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
