NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2025, at public sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 45, GRASSY POINT ESTATES, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page(s) 76A through 76D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Together with the exclusive right to use Dock Space B-15 within Tract “E”.
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 25000076CC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
