NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-000790-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Santander Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Frank S. Ianno a/k/a Frank Ianno; Halina T. Ianno; Country Haven Condominium 5 Association, Inc.; Countryside Master Association, Inc.; Country Haven Commons Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5110, COUNTRY HAVEN CONDOMINIUM 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1411, PAGE 390 THROUGH 456, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
