Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishing Lost Note entered on August 14, 2025, in Case number 24-CC-1279 of the county court of the 20th Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which SOLID WORK PROPERTIES, LLC is plaintiff, and DAISY P. DIMURO and MARIO F. ZAMORA are the defendants, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of Courts will sell at public sale the following-described real property:
The West 75’ of the East 150’of Tract 103, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 43, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 28 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida with a street address of 4721 64th Ave. NE, Naples, Florida 34120.
The sale will be held on September 18, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
