CHIERCHIA; HORIZONS WEST ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KAREN E. BOOK 665, PAGES 59 THROUGH 90, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 15, 15A THROUGH 15C; AND REPLAT THEREOF IN O.R. BOOK 742, PAGE 219, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
