Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2025, in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the County Court, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
506 Pine Road, Nokomis, Florida 34275 and being more particularly described in the General Warranty Deed recorded on August 2, 2021 as Instrument #2021142174 in the Official Records of Sarasota County, and incorporated herein by this reference.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via http:// sarasoata.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on September 8, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
