Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8/12/2025, in Case No.: 2025CA000381 of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MIRADA MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BRYAN SMITH, AMBER LYNN SMITH, are the Defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esquire, the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 11/10/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
