NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2025 entered in Case No. 5l 2024CA002779CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein FRED P. SENESI, TRUSTEE OF THE FRED P. SENESI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2005, is the Plaintiff(s) and AGUILAR RENOVATIONS L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company; FRED P. SENESI, TRUSTEE OF THE FRED P. SENESI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2005; RICHARD PERMUY; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION# I; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at I 0:00 a.m. on the 8th day of September, 2025 at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
