BEGINNING AT A POINT 820 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUHG COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE NORTH 978 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN 60 FEET; THENCE EAST 225 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 60 FEET; THENCE WEST 225 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES.

BEGINNING AT A POINT 820 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE NORTH 918 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 60 FEET; THENCE EAST 225 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 60 FEET; THENCE WEST 225 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon Plaintiff’s Attorney, STUART GLENN, ESQ within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, 9/22/2025 and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court
either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
