YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you seeking to appoint a successor trustee of the dissolved corporation, Alafia Land Company, to convey certain real property described below:
All of the roads or streets portrayed on the plat of SOUTH TAMPA recorded in Plat Book 6, page 3, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, lying within, between, and adjacent to the areas identified as follows, all of which are in TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 10:
Lots 7 and 10 in NE 1/4
Lots 6 and 7 in the NE 1/4
East 1/2 of Lot 6 and East 1/2 of Lot 11 in the NE 1/4
Lots 10 and 11 in the NE 1/4

and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JOHN N. Box 989, Tampa, Florida 33601, either before service on the petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.

You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address. You may file a Notice of Current Address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk’s office.
