NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on August 18, 2025 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 12 of NORTHTON GROVES SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page(s) 60, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
