NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-CA-005949 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and RONALD ADAMS; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT WHO ARE UNKNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN ARE PERSONS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VICKI ADAMS; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC; CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA; TENANT I/UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A WILLIAM COOPER, are Defendants.
VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of October, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 AND 26, BLOCK J, MAP OF HILLSBOROUGH HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
