NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk of Court of LEE COUNTY, Florida will sell the following described real property:

particularly described as follows: From the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, said Section 34, run S 00°04’20” W along the East line of said Section 34 for 1323.145 feet, to a point on the South line of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, said
Section 34; thence run North 89°57’58” West, along the South line of Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, said Section 34,for 1325.58 feet to a point on the West line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, said Section 34, said point being the Point of Beginning of lands herein described.
