NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE entered on August 6, 2025, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. B-307, BUILDING B, RUSTLEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 46 through 51, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 28, Page 48; Condominium Plat Book 29, Page 63; Condominium Plat Book 30, Page 120; and Condominium Plat Book 32, Page 88; being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4665, Page 132, as Clerk’s Instrument No. 78032557, as amended in O.R. Book 4672, Pages 977 and 978; O.R. Book 4722, Page 2086; O.R. Book 4768, Page 123; O.R. Book 4778, Page 1761; and O.R. Book 4820, Page 1881, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

September 11, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
