NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2025, and entered in 25-001777-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GUARDIAN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is the Plaintiff and WORLDWIDE TRUSTEE SERVICES, LLC, is the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Pinellas.RealForeclose.com, at 10:00 AM ET, on September 10, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel 1:
UNITS 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10, PALM OF MADEIRA RESORT CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 140, Pages 15 and 16, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14785, Page 1363, et seq., and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
And
Parcel 2:
UNIT 6, PALM OF MADEIRA RESORT CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 140, Pages 15 and 16, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14785, Page 1363, et seq., and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
