NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 24th of July 2025, in Case No. 25-000556-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BARCLAYS BANK PLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, TAMPA BAY REI LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; REL PROJECT MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; DEW REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; ANDREW STEFFENS; HARBOR BLUFFS OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of September 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
