NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Final Judgment of Possession, and Foreclosure of Landlord’s Lien issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 3rd day of June A.D., 2025, in the cause wherein Westgate Park Corp, a Florida corporation dba Westgate Community, was plaintiff(s), and David Leo Graus, Kathy Ann Graus, and all other unknown occupants of the mobile home, jointly and severally, were defendant(s), being Case No. 25-002614-CO-41 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), David Leo Graus, Kathy Ann Graus, and all other unknown occupants of the mobile home, jointly and severally in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1973 VAND mobile home with identification no. 50432 and title no. 0011858226 and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home lot and owned by the Defendant(s), David Leo Graus, Kathy Ann Graus, located at 14099 South Belcher Road, Lot 1254, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 24th day of September A.D., 2025, at 14099 South Belcher Road, Lot 1254, in the city of Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant’s right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Final Judgment of Possession, and Foreclosure of Landlord’s Lien.
