NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CA002630000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, As Indenture Trustee For The Registered Holders Of Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2005-2 Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2005-2, is Plaintiff and Veronica Brunson a/k/a Veronica Denise Fields f/k/a Veronica Fields; Unknown Spouse of Veronica Brunson a/k/a Veronica Denise Brunson f/k/a Veronica Fields, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 93, OF ORANGEWOOD COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1678 Blossom Circle West, Lakeland, Florida 33805
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
