NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-001569 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NDF1, LLC is Plaintiff and PAUL WADE D’ANJOU, et al., LINDA BLAKE D’ANJOU, et al., are Defendant(s).
I Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, Suite 102 (multi-purpose room) FL 34112 on September 25, 2025, beginning at 11:00 o’clock a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE CITY OF NAPLES, COUNTY OF COLLIER, AND STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 28, BLOCK C, NORTHGATE VILLAGE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
