NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2025 and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-000660-0001-01, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. TG CAPITAL LENDING, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Plaintiff and 874 WYNDEMERE PROPERTIES LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, CHARLES NAFIE, BLUE LABEL EQUITY, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, GRASMERE ASSOCIATION, INC., WYNDEMERE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WYNDEMERE COUNTRY CLUB, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court (Crystal K. Kinzel or her authorized deputy clerk(s), will sell pursuant to the Final Judgment to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE MULTIPUPOSE ROOM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 13, 2025, in accordance with Florida Statute §45.031(3), the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, OF GRASMERE AT WYNDEMERE, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 22 and 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale and before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
