NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP ON CHANGE OF DOMICILE OF RESIDENT WARD

The guardianship of Robert W. Cheek, Jr., Ward, whose termination of guardianship is pending in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205. The names and addresses of the guardian and the guardian’s attorney are set forth below.
All interested parties of the guardianship or demands against the guardianship on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their objection with this court ON OR BE-FORE THE LATER OF 30 DAYS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM. A petition for discharge has been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the ward on August 21, 2025. The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
All other interested persons of the guardianship and other persons having claims or demands against the guardianship estate must file their objection with this court in writing and shall with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL OBJECTIONS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA RULE 5.670 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
