NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CC000386CCAXES of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein VALERIE P. STRANG, a/k/a VALERIE EFFNER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VALERIE P. STRANG, DECEASED, ROBERT LEWIS STRANG, individually, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A SHANNON EFFNER AND STEVEN LENTINI are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on September 24, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
