NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CA000529CAAXES of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is Plaintiff and ANDREA K. ORNDORFF A/K/A ANDREA ORNDORFF A/K/A ANDREA KATHERINE ORNDORFF N/K/A ANDREA K. BROWNRIDGE; WILLIAM ORNDORFF A/K/A WILLIAM J. ORNDORFF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA K. ORNDORFF A/K/A ANDREA ORNDORFF A/K/A ANDREA KATHERINE ORNDORFF N/K/A ANDREA K. BROWNRIDGE; LVNV FUNDING LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM ORNDORFF A/K/A WILLIAM J. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
