NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of August 2025, in Case No. 24-CA-007085, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JUAN MARTINEZ; SAIRA RAMOS LACAYO A/K/A SAIRA L. RAMOS LACAYO; JANICE FENDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of September 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
