NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2025, entered in Case No.: 25 CA 01068 Div T of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JOHN DOE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BLAKE R. MCGEHEE A/K/A BLAKE MCGEHEE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BLAKE
R. MCGEHEE A/K/A BLAKE MCGEHEE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BLAKE R. MCGEHEE A/K/A BLAKE MCGEHEE, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on October 15, 2025 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 6, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed.
The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
