Lot 53, SOUTH FORK TRACT Q PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 133, Page 194, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid. With the following street address: 11857 Sunburst Marble Road, Riverview, FL 33579.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 25, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
