Crist as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 25, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed In-Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Legal Description: Lot 15, Block 5, BIG OAKS SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 29, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 1910 E. Emma St., Tampa, FL. 33610 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
