Diaz a/k/a Joseph Diaz; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Sharon Marie Milagros Diaz a/k/a Sharon M. Diaz a/k/a Sharon Diaz are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 13 AND 14, BLOCK 2933, CAPE CORAL UNIT 42, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 32 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
