YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property, commonly known as: 1525 41st South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711, located in Pasco County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 100, W.E. RICHARDSON SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to CEDRIC P. HAY, ESQ., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Beil & Hay, P.A., 12300 U.S. Highway 19, Hudson, FL 34667, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
