YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 129 of BOCA SHORES, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 100 through 107, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4979, Pages 1380 through 1476, inclusive, all in the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, BOCA SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. KELLY J. BULLEN, MICHAEL R. SZOLLEMA, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
