Unit No. 304, Building 1 KALMIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2928, Pages 124 through 150, inclusive, all attachments and amendments thereto and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 27, amended in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 46 and 47, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, KALMIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, INC. v. ROBERT KEOUGH, DECEASED, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROBERT KEOUGH and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
