You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to said action on Daniel M. Hartzog, Jr., Esquire, 1405 Oakfield Drive, Brandon, Florida 33511, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in this Notice of Intended Adoption Plan. There will be a hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption on October 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom J3.240, Pinellas County Courthouse Annex, 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762, before the Honorable Patrice Moore.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND THE PETITION WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
