NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-002563-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CYMBIDIUM RESTORATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BETTY SUNDBLOM, DECEASED; WILLIAM C. SUNDBLOM, BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY SUNDBLOM; MICHAEL G. SUNDBLOM, BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY SUNDBLOM; DAVID C. SUNDBLOM, BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY SUNDBLOM; SUZANNE K. SUNDBLOOM A/K/A SUZANNE K. WALLIN, BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY SUNDBLOM; TIMOTHY A.
