The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 30, 2025 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8528 92ND TERRACE N, LARGO, FL 33777 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
