YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Unit No. 4, Building 1, of Eastwood Pines - Phase I, f/k/a Pinellas Pines - Phase I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4066, Page(s) 1720, and Amendment adding Phase I recorded in Official Records Book 4546, Page 1550 and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
