Property Address: 5796 Ulmerton Road, Lot No. 208, Clearwater, Florida 33760
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of September 2025. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
