NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2025, and entered in 22-001817-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAM MATHIEU A/K/A SAMUEL MATHIEU, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL MATHIEU, JR., DECEASED; PAUL MATHIEU; PHILLIP MATHIEU ; SAMANTHA BROOKE MORRIS; COOPER SCOTT MATHIEU are the Defendant(s).
