LOT 23, BLOCK 2825, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 45, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 56A THRU 56E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
more commonly known as 21235 Midway Boulevard, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
