NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-237 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARY M. DORSEY are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at Collier County Main Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, Naples, FL 34112, on the 12th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Riviera Colony Golf Estates Unit No. 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14 at Pages 76 and 77 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
