Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at eleven o’clock, a.m. in Multipurpose Room Customer Service on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
