NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 20th day of November 2025, in Case No. 2025-CA-000728 NC , of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AMERICAN GENERAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2010-1 AMERICAN GENERAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2010-1 is the Plaintiff, KENNETH MILOSZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH MILOSZ; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 8th day of January 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
