NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF UNION PARK EAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Union Park East Community Development District (the “District”) has rescheduled the monthly Board of Supervisors’ meeting currently scheduled for Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to Tuesday, December 16, 2025, to be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Wesley Chapel, 2650 Lajuana Boulevard, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543. A copy of the agendas may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, c/o Vesta District Services, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, Florida 32746; Phone: (321) 263-0132 (the “District Manager’s Office”).
In accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 286.0113(1), Florida Statutes, the District will hold a closed session as it relates to District’s security system plan. The closed session is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer, depending upon the needs of the District. Immediately following the closed session, the Board will resume the regular meeting to discuss any business which may come before the Board.
The meeting of the Board will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and, other than the closed session described above, will be open to the public. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
At the meeting, staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager’s Office.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
