NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale as to 8523 Northton Groves Boulevard, Odessa, Florida and for Order Directing Clerk to Distribute Third Party Bidder’s Deposit to Plaintiff entered on November 24, 2025 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 12 of NORTHTON GROVES SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page(s) 60, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
