YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, in File No. 24-CP-003399, Division A, in the Estate of AZZEDDINE BENCHEKROUN, Deceased, has entered an Order Granting Fatima Ezzahrae Benchekroun’s Petition for Summary Administration (the “Order”). The Order, entered following hearing on September 29, 2025, among other things:
1. Admits to probate the instrument dated July 12, 2021, as the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament;
2. Distributes the Decedent’s tangible personal property to FATIMA EZZAHRAE BENCHEKROUN; and
3. Directs that the rest, residue, and remainder of the Decedent’s probate estate be distributed to FATIMA EZZAHRAE BENCHEKROUN, as Trustee of the BENCHEKROUN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 2, 2021, to be held, administered, and distributed in accordance with the terms of that Trust for the benefit of its beneficiaries.
The Order further authorizes FATIMA EZZAHRAE BENCHEKROUN, in a limited fiduciary capacity, to take possession of, receive, and transfer assets belonging to or owed to the Estate of AZZEDDINE BENCHEKROUN (excluding Decedent’s tangible personal property), including, but not limited to, the Republic Bank checking account ending in #7725, solely for the purpose of transferring and administering such assets within the BENCHEKROUN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 2, 2021.
You are identified as beneficiaries and/or interested persons in connection with the above-referenced estate and/or the BENCHEKROUN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 2, 2021.
You are required to serve any objections, motions, or other responsive pleadings you may have to the relief granted by the Order on the undersigned attorney for the Petitioner and to file the original of such objections or responsive pleadings with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, no later than 30 days after the date of first publication of this Notice.
FAILURE TO TIMELY SERVE AND FILE ANY OBJECTIONS OR OTHER RESPONSIVE PLEADINGS MAY RESULT IN THE ORDER REMAINING IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU.
