NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 2, 2025 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court,
