NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE RIVER BEND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO CONSIDER AMENDING FEES AND RATES CHARGED PURSUANT TO THE POLICIES FOR ALL AMENITY FACILITIES DATED JANUARY 9, 2025

The River Bend Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on January 8 at 6:00 p.m. at the River Bend Club House located at 2502 Dakota Road Drive, Ruskin, FL 33570. The public hearing will be conducted during a regular meeting of the District.

The purpose of the Public hearing is to consider amending fees and rates charged pursuant to the Policies for All Amenity Facilities dated January 9, 2025. The possible amendments shall increase the fee/rate for Facility access cards and replacement cards. The current fee/rate is $10.00.

There may be occasions when Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
