U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EMX4, is Plaintiff and GEORGIANNE CURLEY A/K/A GEORGIANNA CURLEY; COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7TH day of JANUARY, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1812, BUILDING 18, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COACHMAN CREEK, A, CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 17,1979 IN O.R. BOOK 4913, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1502, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
