NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment for Ejectment (“the Final Judgment”) dated January 31, 2025, and further Order of this Court Granting Judicial Sale dated January 8, 2026, entered in Case No.: 11-2023-CA-001744-0001 of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein NAPLES LAND YACHT HARBOR, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANNE WILLIAMS, Defendant, and LORI GRUEN is made a party thereto. Crystal K, Kinzel, as Clerk of said Court, Collier County Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, Naples, FL 34112, on the 8th day of January 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following described personal property, a mobile home located at 13 Grouper Drive, Naples, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the Mobile Home, more particularly identified as [Make: OAKR; Year: 1972; Identification Number: 0F22293X; Title Number 5856317 and Make: OAKR; Year: 1972; Identification Number 0F22293U; Title Number 5856316]
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE MOBILE HOME PROPERTY OWNER (ANN WILLIAMS AND/OR LORI GRUEN, AS OF THE DATE OF THE COMPLAINT MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
THE SALE OF THIS MOBILE HOME CONSTITUTES THE SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE SALE OF ANY REAL PROPERTY. PLAINTIFF, NAPLES LAND YACH HARBOR, INC. IS THE OWNER OF THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13 GROUPER, NAPLES, FLORIDA. THIS PURCHASER OF THIS MOBILE HOME SHALL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO A TO A LEASE OF THE UNDERLYING PREMISES, TO WIT, 13 GROUPER, NAPLES, FLORIDA, AND MUST FIRST BE APPROVED FOR MEMBERSHIP IN NAPLES LAND YACHT HARBOR, INC. AND APPROVED FOR OCCUPANCY OF THE PREMISES, AND SUBJECT TO THE BYLAWS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVENRING MEMBERSHIP IN NAPLES LAND YACHT HARBOR, INC. FAILURE TO BE APPROVED FOR MEMBERSHIP AND OCCUPANCY OF THE PREMISES BY NAPLES LAND YACHT HARBOR, INC. SHALL SUBJECT THE PURCHASER AND THE MOBILE HOME TO EJECTMENT AND/OR SALE OF THE MOBILE HOME BY FURTHER ORDER OF THIS COURT.
